May 13-15, 2025, Tongyu Communications will showcase its offerings at the Middle East's largest broadcasting and satellite technology event—Dubai Broadcasting, Television and Satellite Equipment Exhibition (SATEXPO 2025)—under the theme “Building Integrated Air-Ground-Space Communication Networks, Empowering the Future of Smart Broadcasting.” At this exhibition, Tongyu Communications will showcase its comprehensive product portfolio in satellite communications, core technological strengths, and industry application achievements, engaging with global partners to discuss innovations in digital broadcasting technology.

With years of expertise in satellite communications, Tongyu Communications will exhibit products spanning four major series: ground stations, maritime terminals, portable terminals, and phased array terminals. These solutions comprehensively address diverse scenarios including broadcast transmission, emergency communications, and maritime communications::


1. High-Performance Satellite Ground Station Systems


For fixed communications and broadcast signal transmission, Tongyu offers satellite ground stations in multiple aperture sizes. Featuring ring-focus reflectors and high-precision panels, these systems deliver:

Flexible Multi-Band Configuration: Supports multiple common frequency bands with single/dual polarization modes to adapt to different service requirements;

Exceptional Environmental Adaptability: Features wide-temperature operation and robust wind/icing resistance for deployment in extreme environments like deserts and polar regions;

Precise Pointing Capability: Supports manual/motorized drive with flexible angular adjustment range. Pre-integrated feed systems undergo full-link testing before shipment, ensuring plug-and-play functionality.。


2. Shipborne and Mobile Communication Solutions


0.4-meter S-band spherical phased array antenna with a unique hemispherical design enables full-sky S-band broadcast signal reception. Simultaneously captures signals from 8 satellites in both high and low orbits, suitable for complex mobile scenarios like ground vehicles and vessels. Wideband technology and high-efficiency array layout, combined with circular polarization characteristics, ensure flexible and high-quality signal reception. Its compact, lightweight structure facilitates rapid installation and deployment. The antenna radome, constructed from specialized materials, supports stable operation across wide temperature ranges and high wind conditions, delivering reliable communication connectivity across diverse environments.

0.6m Ku-band Shipborne Terminal: Features dual-axis stabilized three-axis tracking technology for high-precision tracking, supporting 360° continuous azimuth rotation. An integrated GPS module enables dynamic signal acquisition during vessel movement. Specifically designed for maritime live streaming and deep-sea operations, it ensures real-time HD video transmission.



3. Tongyu 0.6m Marine Mobile Communication Antenna


Phased Array (Equivalent 0.45m) Broadband Terminal: Utilizes 2D phased array technology to overcome traditional mechanical tracking limitations:

Full-sky coverage: Supports extensive azimuth and off-axis scanning ranges with rapid multi-satellite switching;

High efficiency, low power consumption: Features low typical power consumption, high protection rating, and wide temperature adaptability;

Intelligent acquisition technology: Initial satellite acquisition ≤180s, signal reacquisition <5s (after ≤10 min obstruction), meeting dynamic scenarios like low-altitude drones and vehicle-mounted applications.




Tongyu 0.3m Ka-band Portable Terminal Antenna: Lightweight folding design with one-touch satellite acquisition, ideal for newsgathering vehicles, emergency command centers, and other mobile scenarios, delivering high-speed data transmission.



Additionally, Tongyu Communications presents a product meticulously developed to address complex outdoor network communication challenges:


4.MacroWiFi


MacroWiFi,features a high-gain antenna array and out-of-band filter, enabling transmission distances of 1.5–2 kilometers. Its coverage area is 10 times that of traditional WiFi, with 180° wide-angle coverage ensuring stable network connectivity. Moreover, it supports up to 200 concurrent users while effectively reducing signal interference through efficient bandwidth allocation mechanisms. Its integrated cloud management platform enables centralized control and precise billing functions, providing robust commercial operation support for carriers and enterprises.



II. Industry-Deep Empowerment: Full-Scenario Solutions Drive Global Communications Upgrade

Maritime and Mobile Communications: Shipborne solutions utilize 0.6m Ku-band antennas with three-axis stabilized tracking technology to enable stable communications for ocean-going vessels in complex sea conditions, supporting maritime video conferencing and cargo tracking. Portable terminals feature lightweight design and rapid satellite acquisition, providing instant communication support for newsgathering vehicles and emergency command centers—playing critical roles in disaster relief efforts like the Wenchuan earthquake and Turkey disaster response.

Low-Altitude Economy and Emerging Applications: For drone logistics and aviation communications, Tongyu Communications introduced a 5.4m XY-axis tracking antenna. Its superior off-axis scanning and flexible angular velocity performance adapt to the high-speed mobility of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites, helping build integrated “air-ground-space” communication networks and providing stable connectivity for smart cities and unmanned system operations.
